UNI EMOTION is an application that aims to boost emotional intelligence in organizations.
The application is anonymous: employees report what they are feeling, and the leader of each team can access a real team map of emotions that shows how their team is doing.
UNI EMOTION was developed based on statistics of psychology, and seeks to bring immediate solutions to emotional issues felt by the group.
These “solutions” are conversations, scripts for meeting models and possibilities for action that can be implemented by the leadership of each area / team in the day-to-day of the organization.
Care for the emotional environment of employees drives and strengthens relationships, which have a direct impact on collaboration, autonomy, communication, creativity and a sense of belonging.
